Workflow
How It Works
A straightforward path from local inventory notes to a review you can trust for record-keeping.
1. Gather what you already keep locally
Start with the device lists, labels, and notes that already exist on your machine. Thinkflow is built to organize and review that informational material — not to pull funds or connect external wallets.
2. Structure cold-device inventory entries
Create or refine entries for each offline device you are reviewing. Add identifiers, locations, tags, and the descriptive fields you need for later comparison.
3. Run an analytical review pass
Compare current notes with earlier sessions. Mark incomplete fields, resolve duplicate identifiers in your records, and annotate corrections so the next review begins from clearer ground.
4. Track what matters between reviews
Update statuses and dates as you go. The goal is a living informational ledger of inventory facts, not a transactional ledger of assets.
5. Produce summaries for personal record-keeping
Generate digests of the review — counts, shortlists, and annotated changes — for your own archives. Summaries remain informational; they do not initiate payments or transfers.
What this workflow does not include
The Thinkflow workflow does not include account funding, wallet connections, deposits, withdrawals, cryptocurrency transactions, private-key operations, or investment actions. Those activities are outside the product’s scope.
