This Privacy Policy explains how Thinkflow (“we”, “us”) handles information in connection with the website at thinkflow.digital and the Thinkflow local data tracking utility. Thinkflow operates with reference to the United Kingdom. Contact details appear at the end of this policy.
Thinkflow is solely a local data tracking utility and analytical software. It is not a financial institution, wallet provider, custodian, broker, exchange, or investment platform. The application does not hold, hold custody of, or process user funds or cryptocurrency assets, does not access private keys, does not execute transactions, and does not provide financial or investment advice.
Information collected by the website
The Thinkflow website is a static informational site. It does not include lead-generation forms, newsletter sign-ups, registration forms, or other inputs designed to collect visitor messages or personal details through on-page forms.
If you contact us directly by email or telephone using the details published on this site, we will receive whatever information you choose to include in that communication (such as your email address, phone number, and the content of your message). We use that information only to respond to and administer your enquiry.
Server or hosting logs operated by our hosting provider may automatically record technical data such as IP address, browser type, date/time of access, and requested URLs. We use such logs, where available, for security, diagnostics, and reliable delivery of the website.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not rely on advertising cookies or third-party marketing pixels. If essential technical cookies are required by the hosting environment to deliver the site securely, they are used only for that purpose. We do not operate a separate behavioural advertising programme on thinkflow.digital.

Thinkflow is positioned as local analytical software for cold-device inventory reviews and record-keeping. Inventory notes, tags, identifiers, and related records that you enter are intended to remain under your control on the device where you use the application.
The application is not designed to process financial assets, cryptocurrency funds, or private keys. Do not use Thinkflow as a repository for secrets that unlock funds or for payment credentials.
Depending on how you use the application, locally stored records may include device labels, locations, review dates, status fields, and free-text notes that you choose to add. That content is yours to manage through ordinary device backups and access controls.
Purpose of processing
Where we process personal data from direct contact or from website technical logs, we do so to:
- operate and secure the website
- respond to support or information requests
- meet legal obligations that may apply in the UK
- improve reliability of the informational site
Local inventory records you create inside the application are processed on your device for your own informational and record-keeping purposes.
Third-party services
The website may link to third-party destinations, including the Microsoft Store homepage at https://apps.microsoft.com/. Those services are governed by their own privacy terms. Linking does not mean Microsoft publishes, endorses, or affiliates with Thinkflow unless separately and factually established.
If you obtain the application through Microsoft Store, Microsoft’s own privacy information applies to Store account activity.
Data retention
Email and telephone enquiries are retained only as long as needed to handle the request and maintain ordinary business records, unless a longer period is required by law.
Hosting logs are retained according to the hosting provider’s configuration and our operational needs for security and diagnostics.
Local application records remain on your device until you modify or delete them (or until your own backup practices overwrite them).
Data security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to a static informational website and a local utility. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we do not claim absolute security.

The website and application are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through lead forms — and this site does not provide such forms. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us by email, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
Your rights
Depending on applicable UK data protection law, you may have rights to request access to personal data we hold about you, correction of inaccurate data, deletion in certain circumstances, restriction of processing, and objection to certain processing.
