Last updated: 9 August 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to the website thinkflow.digital and use of the Thinkflow local data tracking utility and analytical software. By using the website or the software, you agree to these Terms.
Acceptance of terms
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the website or the software. If you use Thinkflow on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.
Description of the software
Thinkflow is a local data tracking utility and analytical software for organizing, reviewing, and summarizing informational records related to cold-device inventory reviews. It is intended for informational and record-keeping purposes only.
Thinkflow is solely a local data tracking utility and analytical software. It is not a financial institution, wallet provider, custodian, broker, exchange, or investment platform. The application does not hold, hold custody of, or process user funds or cryptocurrency assets, does not access private keys, does not execute transactions, and does not provide financial or investment advice. All information is provided for informational and record-keeping purposes only.
Permitted use
You may use Thinkflow to:
- organize locally available inventory information
- track and review historical device-related records
- analyze informational gaps or inconsistencies in those records
- maintain personal or internal record-keeping summaries
You must use the software in compliance with applicable law and these Terms.
Prohibited use
You may not:
- use Thinkflow to misrepresent it as a bank, exchange, broker, custodian, or payment service
- attempt to use the software to hold, transfer, or custody funds or cryptocurrency assets
- attempt to store or process private keys inside Thinkflow as if it were a security vault for assets
- reverse engineer the software except where applicable law expressly permits
- interfere with the website’s operation or attempt unauthorized access to our systems
- use the site or software to distribute malware or unlawful content
Intellectual property
The Thinkflow name, website content, and software materials are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for rights expressly granted, no licence is conferred to copy, modify, or redistribute our materials.
Third-party names, including Microsoft and Microsoft Store, remain the property of their respective owners. References to Microsoft Store availability do not imply that Microsoft published, certified, endorsed, or partnered with Thinkflow unless separately and factually established.
Software limitations
Thinkflow is provided as an informational analytical utility. Features focus on local tracking, organization, review, and summarization of inventory-related records. We do not warrant that the software will meet every inventory process or that summaries will be error-free.
Third-party services
The website may link to third-party sites, including https://apps.microsoft.com/. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or terms. Obtaining software through Microsoft Store is subject to Microsoft’s applicable terms.
No financial or investment advice
Nothing on the website or in the software constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You remain solely responsible for decisions you make using your own records.
No financial institution status
Thinkflow is not a financial institution and is not authorised to provide regulated financial services.
No wallet functionality / no custody / no transaction execution
Thinkflow does not provide wallet functionality for funds or cryptocurrency, does not take custody of assets, and does not execute transactions. Any “wallet” phrasing in product naming refers only to informational tracking related to cold-device inventory reviews, not to financial wallets.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, the website and software are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy of user-entered records, or absolute security of any device on which the software runs.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Thinkflow and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the website or software.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UK law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Changes to the software
We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the software or website. Where you obtain the application through Microsoft Store, update mechanisms provided by that platform may apply.
Changes to the Terms
We may revise these Terms periodically. The “Last updated” date will change when revisions are published. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in the United Kingdom shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
